We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also take Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.  Robert Moore and Co., Inc pride's ourselves in Outstanding Customer Service, Quality of Merchandise, a Knowledgeable Staff, and our “In-Stock Merchandise Turnaround” meaning what you see on the site is in-stock most of the time.

SHIPPING:      

 

Most orders placed before 3:00pm (Central Standard Time) will ship the same day, via UPS Standard Ground. However,other options are available on most of our merchandise; UPS Priority Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are all available for your convenience.

  

Our site uses The World Ship Programs from UPS and are Caculated on weight, Oversize shipments have a up charge for freight (located on the Products Page if applicable). Call if you have questions 1-888-661-5252 toll free or E-Mail us.... larry@robertmoorechristmastown.com.

 

UPS supplies us with a $100.00 insurance automatically, If additional Insurance is needed you may purchase it in $100.00 increments for       per $25.00 additional coverage. We can not assume responsibility for concealed damages by any of our common carriers. We package all of our products with the utmost care and if for any reason you receive a shipment that you think was missed packaged . Please Contact Us Immediately 1-888-661-5252. Please save all packing materials for a UPS or the Carriers inspection.

 

Likewise if you receive something damaged that is covered with UPS Insurance , save all packing Materials for the Driver to Pick up and return it to us , Notify us as to the damage so a replacement can be sent to you ASAP no addition Shipping Charges will be applied. We are very proud of our shipping department and the care they take in packing and shipping your merchandise

 

SHIPPING ERRORS:

 

Shipping addresses entered wrong and processed “ready to ship” could incur a correction charge of $10.00 per carton, If we have to change the addresses, If UPS  has to change the address the $ 10.00 will be charged as UPS charges us. Please check your “Ship To Address” is correct.

 

BACK ORDERS:

 

Backorders sometimes will occur on popular lines of  Merchandise , or if an unforeseen shipping delay from our vendors will happen , if this happens we will notify you via Email to the items ETA (estimated time of arrival), and will ship ASAP once the item has arrived. For some Limited Editions and Limited Production Sculptures we might be unable to supply if the order is not placed early. If this becomes the case and we have processed the order, a Credit to the  Credit Card used will be issued , if you paid by Check and if your check has be deposited in our bank  a refund check will be issued  to you 10 days form the deposit date once your check has cleared.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS AND LAYAWAYS:

 

Special Orders and Layaways are not returnable and/or refundable and will not be credited in anyway. Please understand once we get the item in it’s yours, we ordered it for you. Likewise once a Layaway is pulled and removed from our Inventory we may  loss another sale as we have held the merchandise for you. Please, we are glad to order anything from any of the companies we carry and do so in a timely manner everyday. So please be sure you want it before we order it. A 50% deposit is required on all special orders. A 30% deposit is required on all layaways and a payment is required monthly until the balance is paid out. Minimum Layaway is $100.00

All Layaways must be paid-out and shipped before December 1st of the calendar year the Layaway was started.

 

FRAUD:

 

Fraud in the world is quite prevalent and at Robert Moore and Co., Inc. We take it quite seriously. Therefore any  and all orders placed with a different shipping address  from the Credit Card Holders Principle Address will delay shipment until the Ship to Address is verified. Once verification is made, the order will be processed. If you would like to ship to another address please register that address with your Credit Card Provider. This will speed up the process.

 

Absolutely NO COD shipments will be accepted !

 

 RETURN POLICY:

 

We understand for time to time you will order something that might not fit where you want it to, are the color is not right. We will gladly accept returns with a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) issued from our office here in Mobile, within 2 weeks from the ship date. The product must be returned in “New Condition”. The RMA # is required before you can return anything.

We will refund the original Credit Card charged once the product (item) is returned and is in Like New Condition. We understand that some of the Items maybe a Christmas Gift and you may not be able to return these items in 2 weeks, in this case the return time is extended to 14 days after Christmas Day,. Once the Item is returned in Like New Condition we will offer and E-Credit  which you can use in the Shop or when you shop on-line( please “In Notes” remind us you have a credit in file when ordering), again you must have an RMA #  to return anything. Just call to get one 1-888-661-5252.

There will be no exception to these policies.

If you received a gift from someone that came from us and you wish to return it, we will gladly take it back, again a RMA # must be issued from us and the Item must arrive in Like New Condition. Once we receive and process the return an E-Credit will be issued to use in the shop or on-line. The only exception is on Special Orders they are not returnable
